Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the build and upkeep of production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing utilization of people, equipment, and materials.
• Partner with production, procurement, and logistics to align priorities and sequence work.
• Track shop-floor progress daily; adjust plans to reflect changes in demand or capacity.
• Analyze throughput, lead times, and KPIs to surface improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly to teams and leadership.
• Contribute to long-range production planning and capacity strategies.
• Maintain precise documentation for schedules, work orders, and inventory records.
