Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred.
• Proven experience leading demand consensus reviews in S&OP/IBP.
• Strong proficiency in demand planning methodologies and statistical baseline analysis.
• Balances Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) with capacity and lead times.
• Cross-functional facilitation and communication with Sales and Commercial teams.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Up to 6 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly S&OP meeting to synchronize forecasts, demand, and plant capacity.
• Drive consensus demand forecasting across sales and commercial teams.
• Differentiate and manage MTO vs MTS demand plans against firm backlogs and production.
• Analyze outlier demand and lead-time constraints with Sales to avoid disruptions.
• Identify forecast variance and provide data-driven insights to improve accuracy.
• Serve as bridge between Sales and Supply Planning for schedules.
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for delays or demand changes.
• Assess capacity constraints and material availability to optimize throughput.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders; ensure transparent execution.
• Utilize ERP and scheduling software to track status and generate reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements for scheduling accuracy.
• Support demand planning and inventory management with scheduling data.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and a cooperative attitude.
