Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. seeks a Master Scheduler to own the integrated production schedule across manufacturing work centers.

In a high-mix, low-volume setting, you will convert backlog, due dates, routings and capacity into a finite, executable plan that protects on-time delivery while maximizing throughput and flow. You will lead daily production reviews, analyze schedule attainment and drive improvements in lead times, calendars and sequencing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive production planning and master scheduling experience.
• Experience scheduling multi-work-center, high-mix/low-volume manufacturing with constraints.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
• Defense/aerospace or engineered-product manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and publish the Master Production Schedule and detailed work-center schedules.
• Translate backlog, due dates, routings, standards, readiness and capacity into a finite-capacity schedule.
• Sequence work to balance on-time delivery, bottleneck protection, setup efficiency and WIP flow.
• Lead daily Production reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Measure schedule attainment and drive improvements to planning parameters and lead times.
• Coordinate with Planners, Buyers and Warehouse/Logistics to support the published schedule.
