You will weigh trucks on a computerized scale, verify loads, collect payments, and keep accurate records while communicating professionally with drivers and supporting routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Weighing and ticketing trucks using a computerized scale program.
• Verify loads, collect payments, and record customer information.
• Communicate professionally with truck drivers by phone and CB radio.
• Maintain Scale House and perform administrative duties.
• Keep the supervisor informed of issues requiring attention.
• Maintain 6:00 am–5:00 pm schedule, with overtime and weekend work.
• Perform data entry and minor customer service tasks.
• Present facts and recommendations clearly in writing and verbally.
• Basic math proficiency; read and write; follow simple instructions.
