Job summary

Roskam Foods, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a reliable Receiving/Warehouse Associate to safely unload bulk materials, verify shipment contents, inspect incoming materials, and record data in our inventory system. Responsibilities

• Safely unload bulk materials.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality, temperature, and contamination risks.
• Accurately record receiving data in inventory management systems.
• Tag and label received materials according to company protocols.
• Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate departments.
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of receiving areas and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse operations.
