Job summary

Roskam Foods, a leading contract manufacturer based in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, and transport materials across the facility. You will operate forklifts or lifting devices, stage lines, and ensure accurate weight recording for production data.

Qualifications

• Experience in loading/unloading materials.
• Ability to maintain accurate production weights and labels.

Responsibilities

• Move levers or controls to operate forklifts and other lifting devices to load/unload materials.
• Inspect product load and move it safely within the facility for timely delivery.
• Position lifting devices under pallets and secure materials for transport.
• Weigh materials and record data on tags or labels.
• Follow FIFO to ensure proper material flow and stock management.
• Identify and report equipment or process issues through proper channels.
