Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee the bulk foods department, including packing, stocking, pricing, and presentation. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume store.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail grocery with supervisory experience, flexibility for varied shifts, and strong leadership abilities to drive performance and team development.

Qualifications

• Retail grocery experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance review skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Follow Bulk plan; fill bins; price and label bulk items.
• Manage inventory, rotate using codes, and maintain sanitation.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and attend store meetings.
• Lead scheduling to maximize productivity.
