You will manage inventory, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews, ensure safety standards, and partner with Store Manager on hiring decisions. This role demands hands‑on leadership, reliability, and the ability to move items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment plus 1 year of managerial leadership.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and team leadership.
• Ability to move items up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods.
• Follow bulk merchandising plans and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and pricing.
• Maintain inventory and rotate products using code dates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Provide high level of customer service and store communications.
