You will coach team members, manage schedules, uphold safety and quality standards, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior grocery leadership experience preferred; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail grocery environment; 1 year managerial leadership experience.
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations in-store.
• Understand personnel, margin, and sales reports and financial goals.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Follow bulk merchandising plan; ensure proper packaging and pricing.
• Manage inventory, rotate products by code dates, and maintain sanitation.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance across the department.
• Provide high level customer service and product knowledge to shoppers.
• Create schedules; manage staffing levels for maximum productivity.
• Coach and evaluate team members; participate in performance reviews.
