Sprouts Farmers Market in Las Vegas is hiring a Bulk Manager to oversee the merchandising, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods. You will lead a team to maintain accurate packaging, pricing, and display while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail grocery with at least 1 year of supervisory leadership, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong people skills to coach staff and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and guide customers to product locations; perform general housekeeping in the department.
• Working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude toward team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Ensure bulk items are properly packaged, labeled, and priced.
• Maintain inventory, rotate with code dates, and follow sanitation program.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Provide high level of customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Schedule and coach team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Lead in-store meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on staffing and promotions.
