Job summary

Seaman Corporation is seeking a Mixing Operator on D Shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with a 24/7 rotation in Northeast Ohio. The role supports coating departments by ensuring proper chemical mixing and color matching, while maintaining safety standards.

Required is a HS Diploma/GED with manufacturing experience preferred; some computer skills are desirable. Eligible benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and paid holidays.

We are currently looking for a Mixing Operator on D Shift, 7:00pm - 7:00am

As of March 1, 2026, we have transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. Day shift will be 7a-7p; night shift will be 7p-7a.

This position is responsible for the efficiency of the mixing operation to ensure the proper combination of chemicals and color matching of all compounds is made available to the coating departments.

Education & Experience
