Seaman Corporation is seeking a Line 4 Operator for the C Shift in Wooster, Ohio. This full-time role offers a 12-hour shift rotation (7pm–7am) with a required day-shift training period before transitioning to the C shift.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour plus a shift differential, with overtime opportunities and bonuses based on performance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid holidays. Training and background checks are part of the process.

As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule.

We are currently looking for a Line 4 Operator on C Shift, 7pm to 7am.

NOTE: Applicants must be able to train on a Day Shift prior to moving to C Shift permanently.

WHAT WE OFFER

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
