Job summary

PIP Marketing, Signs & Print is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented mail room team member to prepare and process bulk mailings for a variety of customers. You will sort, organize, and prepare mail, operate mail processing equipment, and inspect for errors to ensure on-time delivery.

We value careful workers who can learn quickly, maintain a steady production pace, and contribute to a collaborative team. Training is provided, with compensation ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Highly detail-oriented and prideful about accuracy.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process bulk mailings for customers.
• Sort, organize, and prepare mail according to job specs.
• Operate mail processing and finishing equipment.
• Follow mailing instructions carefully and inspect for errors.
• Ensure mailings are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Occasionally process and meter in-house mail.
• Perform other mail room duties as needed.
