Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

• Analyze, manage, import, export, and process electronic databases in various formats.
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Using your problem-solving skills and software tools provided by the company perform data manipulation and transformation according to customer instructions.
• Use BCC Mail Manager to prepare data for use in addressing and delivery by USPS.
• Prepare output files for inkjet and variable data printing.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with sales, customer service, production and with customers when required.

Essential Skills, Duties and Responsibilities

• Proficiency with BCC Mail Manager including template creation and Task Master scripting.
• Provide guidance regarding available postal discounts including entry points and mail classes.
• Stays up to date with changes in USPS regulations, promotions, and mailing industry standards.
• Perform visual inspection of data and manual data entry when needed.
• Preparation, processing, quality control and management of client data for variable data-driven direct mail campaigns by using BCC Mail Manager, creating or selecting an appropriate template, import data, perform CASS certification, NCOA processing, de-duplication, presort, and prepare mail.dat files for automated introduction of mailings into the mailstream.
• The ability to prioritize numerous tasks and organize multiple items in prioritized sequence to achieve project success and meet client drop date requirements.
• Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules.
• Read and understand job production requirements and specifications as communicated by client services and the sales team.
