Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Load Out Operator to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain-based food products. The role offers cross-training on multiple systems and equipment, providing flexibility and opportunities for growth.

The position features a 6pm-6am 4 days on/4 days off schedule, $22-$25 per hour plus a $3.00 shift premium, and an extra 40 hours of paid time off for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with using computers.

Responsibilities

• Load grain-based food products safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Work across multiple systems and equipment with cross-training.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during loading operations.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Bulk Load Out Operator at Didion, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain-based food products. Available Schedules

Compensation

$22-$25 per hour

Qualifications

Physical Environment

• Ability to lift 55 lbs.
• Willingness to work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and cold.
• Capable of climbing stairs/ladders and working at heights exceeding 20'.
