Job summary

Didion Inc. seeks an Automated Loadout Systems Specialist to operate and optimize grain-processing equipment. You will monitor live metrics, configure interfaces, and document flows while maintaining safety in a mixed indoor/outdoor setting.

The role requires adaptability to cross-train on multiple processes, comfort with heights, and proficiency with computerized controls. Night shift spans 6pm–6am with a 4-on/4-off pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing; food industry is a plus.
• Strong ability to learn and run automated machinery.
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors.
• Confident using computers and on-screen systems.

Responsibilities
