Job summary

Middlebury Natural Foods Co-Op seeks a Bulk Department Specialist to manage product knowledge, inventory, and operations in our Bulk area. You’ll help keep shelves full, assist shoppers, and support data management and invoicing processes.

You'll review invoices, track stock, and coordinate with the replenishment and merchandising teams. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a passion for local and natural foods.

Qualifications

• Experience tracking inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in coolers.
• Interest in local and natural foods a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to resource for staff, members, and shoppers.
• Review invoices, track inventory, and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Support replenishment buying team with order guides and inventory management.
• Support merchandising plans and maintain an organized warehouse.
• Mentor new staff and assist with daily operations.
• Share vendor updates and product changes with the team.
