Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods, follow the merchandising Bulk plan, properly package and label bulk items, fill bins, and present products clearly while delivering friendly customer service.

You will rotate products using code dates, keep the bulk area clean and safe, assist the Bulk Manager as needed, and help unload and stock merchandise throughout the day. The role requires physical stamina and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect for others and Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team.
• Perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. up to 15 hours without assistance.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods.
• Follow Bulk plan; package, scale, and price bulk items.
• Fill bulk bins and present products neatly; rotate by code dates.
• Assist Bulk Manager and stock merchandise as needed.
• Provide high level customer service; keep Bulk area clean at all times.
