JOB SUMMARY
The Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing andmaintaining accurate records of company-owned cryogenic assets, including usedbulk tanks, vaporizers, manifolds, and related equipment. This positioncoordinates asset availability, supports project planning activities, conductssite audits, and ensures equipment is properly assigned to meet operational andcustomer project requirements. The Asset Coordinator works closely with ProjectManagement, Service Managers, and key suppliers to maximize asset utilizationand maintain inventory accuracy.
Essential Functions
- Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory records for used bulk tanks, vaporizers, manifolds, and associated equipment in the Service Module of our Bulk Gas Management System
- Data Integrity: maintain accurate equipment records in the Service Module of our Bulk Gas Management System; conducts physical site audits and data audits
- Inventory Control: Ensure all inventory transactions are documented and updated in company systems
- Compliance management: Ensure equipment meets industry and company standards
- Asset Utilization: Monitor inventory levels and identify surplus and idle equipment that can be assigned to new customer installations
- Asset Allocation: Work with the Project Team to assign assets to upcoming customer installations

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, OperationsManagement, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, assetmanagement, logistics, operations coordination, or project support.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiessimultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Officeapplications.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or assettracking systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
