Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking a Bulk Asset Coordinator to manage and maintain records for used bulk tanks, vaporizers, manifolds, and related equipment. You will coordinate asset availability, support project planning, and conduct site audits to ensure accurate allocations for customer installations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, inventory control experience, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, asset management, logistics, operations coordination, or project support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for used bulk tanks, vaporizers, manifolds, and related equipment.
• Coordinate asset availability and allocate assets for customer installations.
• Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Document all inventory transactions in company systems.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Service Managers, and suppliers to maximize asset utilization.
• Support project planning activities and asset tracking in the Bulk Gas Management System.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
