BULK ASSET COORDINATOR
JOB SUMMARY
The Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of company-owned cryogenic assets, including used bulk tanks, vaporizers, manifolds, and related equipment. This position coordinates asset availability, supports project planning activities, conducts site audits, and ensures equipment is properly assigned to meet operational and customer project requirements. The Asset Coordinator works closely with Project Management, Service Managers, and key suppliers to maximize asset utilization and maintain inventory accuracy.
Essential Functions
- Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory records for used bulk tanks, vaporizers, manifolds, and associated equipment in the Service Module of our Bulk Gas Management System
- Data Integrity: maintain accurate equipment records in the Service Module of our Bulk Gas Management System; conducts physical site audits and data audits
- Inventory Control: Ensure all inventory transactions are documented and updated in company systems
- Compliance management: Ensure equipment meets industry and company standards
- Asset Utilization: Monitor inventory levels and identify surplus and idle equipment that can be assigned to new customer installations
- Asset Allocation: Work with the Project Team to assign assets to upcoming customer installations
- Required for All Jobs
- Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, asset management, logistics, operations coordination, or project support.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or asset tracking systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
