Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee the maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure accuracy in packaging and pricing while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role requires at least 1–2 years in retail grocery with leadership experience; the position demands flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1–2 years retail grocery experience and 1 year managerial leadership.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of reports, margins, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly with strong communication to team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods packaging, pricing, and merchandising.
• Manage inventory, rotate by date, and maintain cleanliness of the bulk area.
• Ensure safety, health, Weights & Measures and compliance with regulations.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance reviews and scheduling.
• Communicate standards and policy changes to team members.
• Lead store meetings and participate in recruitment decisions with the Store Manager.
• Serve as MOD or backup leadership as needed.
