Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Follow bulk merchandising plans and ensure correct packaging and pricing.
• Manage inventory, rotate using codes, and adhere to sanitation programs.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance in the department.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Schedule staffing, address team concerns, and lead meetings.
• Recruit, hire, and support transfers in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead by example to deliver high-quality products and service.
