Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to handle the maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods. You will follow the merchandising Bulk plan, properly package and price bulk items, fill bins, and ensure cleanliness and presentation of bulk products while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexibility to work different shifts, and adherence to safety and quality standards to support a high-traffic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a high level of ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move items up to 4 feet for up to 15 hours.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, package, and stock all bulk foods.
• Follow Bulk plan, fill bulk bins, wrap and price bulk items clearly.
• Ensure cleanliness of bulk area and proper presentation of items.
• Assist Bulk Manager and handle stock throughout the day.
