Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to maintain, pack, and stock bulk foods in a fast-paced store environment. You will package, weigh, label, and price bulk items, rotate products by date, and ensure the Bulk area stays clean and presentable while delivering excellent customer service.

You may also assist the Bulk Manager and help unload and stock merchandise as needed throughout the day. The role requires physical stamina and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift and transfer product up to 50 lbs. for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, pack, and stock bulk foods as featured at Sprouts.
• Package, weigh, label, and price bulk items accurately and legibly.
• Rotate products using code dates and maintain sanitation in the Bulk area.
• Provide high levels of customer service and assist with stocking as needed.
• Assist Bulk Manager and keep equipment in safe working condition.
