Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to manage bulk foods, packaging, labeling, and merchandising while delivering outstanding customer service. You will stock, rotate, and present bulk items, ensure cleanliness, and assist the Bulk Manager.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule, and a team-oriented mindset. Eligibility includes being at least 16, with the ability to multi-task, follow safety rules, and interact positively with customers in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Show respect for others and maintain Sprouts' inclusive culture.
• Ability to interact with customers and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., move items up to 4 feet, for extended periods.
• Comply with safety, health, OSHA and weights and measures rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, pack, and stock bulk foods as per the Bulk plan.
• Package, weigh, wrap, and price bulk items legibly.
• Rotate products using code dates and maintain sanitation.
• Provide high level customer service and keep Bulk area clean.
• Assist Bulk Manager and handle stock receipt and unloading as needed.
