Titan America is seeking a Cement & Aggregates Sales Representative (Bulk Sales) in Florida to manage a West Coast portfolio from Naples to north of Tampa. You will own key accounts, build customer relationships, and drive sales, volume, revenue, and margin goals.

The role requires strong sales discipline, regional knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with dispatch, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure reliable deliveries and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience in cement/aggregates or related construction materials.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and deliver results with limited supervision.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of bulk materials sales, logistics, delivery planning, and pricing considerations.

Responsabilités

• Sell bulk cement to large-volume customers including ready-mix producers and infrastructure contractors.
• Sell aggregates to ready-mix producers, asphalt producers, and site developers.
• Develop territory and account plans to grow revenue, volume, and margin.
• Lead or support proposals, pricing discussions, and contract renewals with strong commercial judgment.
• Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, quality, and operations to ensure reliable delivery and issue resolution.
