Job summary

Titan America seeks a Cement & Aggregates Sales Representative (Bulk Sales) in Florida to manage a West Coast portfolio, from Naples to north of Tampa. You’ll grow cement and aggregates revenue, own the territory, and coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and operations to ensure reliable deliveries.

The role requires strong sales discipline, customer ops understanding, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience; experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, asphalt, construction materials preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and strong relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; proficient communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell bulk cement to ready-mix producers, precast manufacturers, concrete block producers, infrastructure contractors, industrial projects, and other large-volume customers.
• Sell aggregates (sand, gravel, crushed stone) to ready-mix producers, asphalt producers, contractors, and site developers.
• Develop and execute territory plans to grow revenue, volume, margin, and market share.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, quality, and customer service teams to ensure dependable deliveries and issue resolution.
• Build trust with customers, identify opportunities, and present proposals, pricing, and renewals.
