Gram- is seeking a Bulk Cannabis Inside Support Representative in Costa Mesa, CA. The role focuses on supporting the sales team with orders, documentation, and customer inquiries, while building product knowledge and maintaining CRM data.

The ideal candidate has cannabis industry exposure, strong communication skills, and is ready to contribute to commissions based on client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive base pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in the cannabis industry.
• Experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in cannabis or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, tracking shipments, and inventory management.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and reports.
• Possibility to earn commission with your own customer base.
• Serve as the primary contact for inbound inquiries, addressing questions and providing product information.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our cannabis bulk offerings and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Process and monitor orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records; generate sales reports for management.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to meeting sales targets.
