Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bulk Cannabis Sales Representative to join our team in California. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with dispensaries, wholesalers, and retailers while ensuring compliance with all state regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, knowledge of the cannabis industry, and a passion for promoting high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients within the cannabis market, including dispensaries, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Present "book of business"

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Have and existing client list for bulk sales
• Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on strains and market trends
• Educate clients on our offerings and product flow.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer preferences.

Compliance:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations regarding cannabis sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Reporting:

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies, as necessary.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience of bulk sales in California
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
