Responsibilities

• Read and interpret batching sheets and production documents to determine ingredients and quantities.
• Stage ingredients and clean totes for batching.
• Record batch data including lot numbers, suppliers, dates, and plan numbers.
• Inspect each ingredient bag for quality and safety before dumping.
• Batch ingredients, weigh per card, label totes, and stage for use.
• Maintain a production schedule with the team to stay ahead by 15 batches.
• Perform general area cleaning and ensure proper storage and containment of ingredients.
