Qualifications

• Read and interpret batching sheets accurately.
• Able to write and record batch data clearly.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret batching sheets to determine order and quantity of ingredients.
• Stage ingredients to be batched and clean totes for batches.
• Record production-related data including lot numbers and supplier on batch sheets.
• Inspect each ingredient bag for condition, foreign material, and quality.
• Batch and weigh ingredients into totes, label and stage totes.
• Maintain schedule by staying 15 batches ahead of production.
• Perform general area cleaning and maintain GMP practices in gravy room and related areas.
