Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in South Bend is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model in a 24/7 operation. You will cover vacations and weekends when needed and liaise between customers, merchandisers, and drivers to ensure proper route coverage and inventory balance.

The role emphasizes on-shelf execution, promotional activities, and strong customer service. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelves.
• Manages and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes; generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on marketing plans to ensure customer execution.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products; handles pallets and damaged/out-of-date items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products at displays.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel via follow-ups on requests and pricing.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates impacts to ensure safe operations.
