Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage store partnerships, merchandise shelves, and product promotions on pre-set routes. You’ll be the Coca‑Cola subject matter expert, drive sales, and ensure accurate orders and stock levels.

This role covers University City and surrounding areas with mileage reimbursement. You will execute plans, rotate displays, build local promotions, and coordinate with Merchandisers and Specialists to support your territory.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving history.

Responsibilities

• Manages and sells within an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on marketing plans and LOS initiatives.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Maintains back room organization and inventory levels; minimizes shrink.
• Drives business relations with store personnel and coordinates with specialists.
