Job summary

COPT DEFENSE PROPERTIES, LP in Baltimore is seeking a Full-Time Building Technician to handle day-to-day operations and tenant requests, performing repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and finish work.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 3+ years in facilities or maintenance, basic computer skills, and willingness to work on-call hours including evenings and weekends. On-site role with competitive pay and health benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CFC certificate preferred for advancement.
• Minimum of three years in facilities, maintenance, or building technician roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and finishes.
• Inspect building systems daily and maintain records of operation and safety.
