Responsibilities

• Adjusts, services, repairs HVAC equipment and performs preventive maintenance to maximize efficiency.
• Schedules inspections of gauges, meters, controls, and equipment and prepares reports.
• Inspects and repairs plumbing and electrical systems and performs minor carpentry as needed.
• Operates tools and supports training of staff in mechanical equipment operation.
