Job summary

Requires a high school diploma, formal apprenticeship in building trades, and extensive HVAC/maintenance experience; Journey License in HVAC/plumbing/electricity and CFC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school and completion of an apprenticeship in building trades.
• Extensive experience in HVAC and general maintenance or repair work.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts, services, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Inspects gauges, meters, controls and energy management systems for proper operation.
• Oversees routine maintenance on plumbing/electrical systems and minor carpentry.
