What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing)
- Ability to perform independently with minimal guidance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical tasks clearly
- Proficiency with technology, including phone systems, laptops, and various support tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve challenges faced by field technicians
