JLL is seeking an Operations Specialist to monitor and manage building systems ensuring safety and continuity. The role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include BAS-based alarm management, incident communication, work-order processing, and collaboration with field teams to support operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Degree or coursework in a technology-related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Understanding of technology, software applications, and computer systems.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage critical alarms related to building mechanical infrastructure, fire, and life safety systems through BAS.
• Provide technical support to field operations by troubleshooting equipment using BAS data and trend reports.
• Coordinate building shutdowns via BAS and obtain proper approvals for vendor work.
• Receive, generate, and process work orders; dispatch technicians and follow up as required.
• Prepare and deliver accurate shift reports capturing essential operational information.
• Maintain a collaborative, supportive team environment and a client-focused service attitude.
