Job summary

You will work within the Engineering and Technical Services function, ensuring compliance with codes, efficiency targets, and safety protocols while addressing emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Licenses or certifications as required by local state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems operate within design specifications and applicable standards.
• Maintain an energy management program and implement preventive maintenance.
