Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Ensure facility systems meet applicable standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain energy management programs and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for handling hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
• Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC and plumbing for environmental conditions.
• Share knowledge with the team and lead by example to uphold CBRE values.
• Communicate clearly and explain information to stakeholders.
