CBRE Building Engineer role responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building systems across plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and safety components. You will support preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with codes and safety directives, driving energy efficiency and safe operations.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure efficient operation of all systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed rated life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a safe workplace.
• Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply advanced knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values to reach agreement.
• Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
