Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education not required if equivalent experience; relevant trade or facility management experience accepted.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management programs to improve efficiency across facilities.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Review building systems to ensure reliable operation and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
