Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4–5 years in related role.
• CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel.
• Solid math skills for percentages and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, safety and control systems.
• Follow codes, regulations, and safety policies for building operations.
• Manage energy usage to keep systems efficient.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems to meet design specifications.
• Apply advanced knowledge to solve complex tasks and share knowledge.
• Coach others and model CBRE's values in daily work.
• Support cross-team activities within policy bounds.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
