• Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed rated life; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Review inspections of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation aligns with design specs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines; lead by example within the function.
• Lead by example and help build consensus across teams to achieve goals.
