Under One Roof, Inc. in Norwalk, CT, is seeking a dependable, skilled building Superintendent to manage our senior housing and preschool campus. This live-in role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership, vendor relations, and a commitment to making residents feel safe and at home.

Work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week, with on-call responsibilities; housing is included in the package in a high-cost market. The position offers growth opportunities and meaningful autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or trades teams.

• Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators.
• Experience in high-cost housing environments is a plus.

This is more than a maintenance role. Work Schedule

Basic work schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays. (Two days off during the week.) Exact hours may vary based on building and emergency needs. The Building Superintendent is expected to carry a phone 24 hours per day and respond to emergencies as needed.
