Under One Roof / The Marvin in Norwalk is seeking a dependable, skilled, solutions-oriented professional to oversee operations of our unique senior housing and preschool campus. This is more than a maintenance role. Core Responsibilities

• Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevator, generator, and building systems
• Preventive maintenance and repairs
• Vendor and contractor management
• Work order tracking and digital systems management
• Grounds and seasonal readiness
• Emergency response when needed
• Capital planning support and cost-conscious operations

Work Schedule

Basic work schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays. (Two days off during the week.) Exact hours may vary based on building and emergency needs. The Building Superintendent is expected to carry a phone 24 hours per day and respond to emergencies as needed.
