Job summary

Turning Stone Enterprises is seeking a Building Superintendent to handle carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical work, and grounds maintenance across shared facilities. The role includes snow removal, coordinating warranty work by vendors, and supporting event setup.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 8–10 years in building maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Sunday–Thursday shifts, with day or swing availability.

Qualifications

• Strong background in carpentry, plumbing, heating and electrical.
• 8-10 years of work experience in grounds and building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 41-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders in carpentry, plumbing, heating and electrical.
• Perform landscaping duties including lawn mowing, weed eating and trimming.
• Remove snow from walkways and other areas.
• Coordinate warranty work by outside vendors.
• Perform light clean up and event setup and takedown as needed.

What you will do as a Building Superintendent

• Complete daily work orders in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, heating and electrical.
• Perform landscaping duties including lawn mowing, weed eating and trimming.
• Responsible for removing snow from walkways and other areas.
• Coordinate warranty work done by outside vendors.
• Perform light duty clean up and event set-up and take-down as needed.
