Job summary

Inmar Intelligence seeks a Supervisor, Building Services to lead the on-site Building Services team and manage day-to-day operations at the facility. The role emphasizes maintaining clean, safe, and efficient space while ensuring contractual obligations and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include guiding events, coordinating with Operations and Safety, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• 2-4 years of related work experience in operations, logistics, or facilities management; or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus; able to convey concepts to non-technical and technical experts alike.
• Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and influence without authority.
• Knowledge/use of Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Building Services team to execute day-to-day tasks.
• Manage related vendors to achieve desired results for the assigned facility.
• Monitor vendor costs and pricing to minimize costs.
• Ensure the Base Building team completes all daily required tasks.
• Create and maintain policies and procedures related to the assigned facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with all policies and standards.
