Job summary

Illumina is seeking a Sr Supervisor, Facilities to manage the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities. This role plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, estimates costs, and helps establish health and safety standards.

The position directs subordinates, oversees space allocation and facilities expansion, and ensures smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, with 0–2 years of Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines and procedures.
• Administers company policies that affect subordinate employees and recommends changes to unit policies.
• Supervises a unit or group of employees and maintains workflow.
